Orders to Canadian and International addresses, are shipped from Toronto, Canada with Canada Post. Delivery within Canada, to most locations, is within 3-4 business days.
Return Policy
If you desire to return or replace a product, within 90 days from date of delivery, please contact us for authorization, shipping instructions and for the proper return address. We would appreciate learning the reason for the return. The customer can return the product for refund of the purchased price and any applicable taxes. Refund requires a copy of the product receipt, return of the product in original condition and documents, plumbing parts and product packaging that were included in their order. Kindly take care to prevent damage to the product and plumbing fittings when uninstalling the unit for return. No refund will be paid for products damaged due to misuse, abuse, negligence or accident by the customer.
All Vibrancy Water structuring units contain proprietary elements. Removal or tampering with these elements will interfere with their effectiveness and will void your guarantee and/or warranty.
You are responsible for return shipping costs except where the return is the result of our error where you received an incorrect item. In such cases, we will reimburse you for the return shipping cost.
When exchanging a product for another you are responsible for the shipping and handling charges for the replacement shipment.
Refund Amount
You will be reimbursed for the price you paid for the product and applicable sales tax.
